Information about the types of business visas in China, their features and issuance rules will help you to choose the best option or open a different type of visa. You can use the services of the Intersafetrade company: thanks to the well-established connections, you can significantly simplify the procedure of registration.

Visas to visit China: general information

The popularity of Chinese goods and an active development of business relations with different countries have made China one of the world's leading tourist centers. The country is visited for different purposes, it can be:

  • business visit;
  • work;
  • study;
  • tourism.

Regardless of the reason, foreigners will need to issue visa documents. The standard way is to apply through the embassy of your country. Such a solution involves certain difficulties: it is necessary to study the rules of registration, the list of documents, “adjust” to the schedule of the visa department, etc. It is much easier to entrust this question to Intersafetrade.

Each country (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and other CIS countries) has concluded its own agreements on visa regime with China. This means that a business visa to China for residents of different countries will be issued according to certain rules. Moreover, the rules for submission of documents in Moscow for Russians and citizens of other countries will be different. A business visa to China for Russians is easier to get in their homeland, and an extended package and additional information will be required for foreigners. The opposite situation: a resident of Moscow draws up a visa during his stay abroad. The rules for him, as for a citizen of another state, will be different.

Required documents for visa to China

Despite the differences and nuances of registration for different categories of tourists, a business visa to China for Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians and residents of other countries is issued on certain grounds. To apply to the visa application center you will need a standard application form and:

  • passports (civil and international passport);
  • photo of the established sample;
  • certificate of employment;
  • proof of income (bank statement or other method).

For registration, it is important to have an invitation from the Chinese side. Without an invitation, you may need to open a different type of visa (for example, instead of a business visa to China, a tourist “for tour” is issued).

If you plan to travel with children under 18 years old, they will need another set of documents. Please note: the rules of the visa regime in China for adults and children are the same. Also important are the laws of their own country, regulating travel abroad with children.

If you need a business visa to China, an invitation is available or not, you are in your own country or abroad, you need to know in advance the specifics of its registration. If you are planning an independent trip, with partners or employees of your company, with family or children, you should learn the rules of entry to China in each case.

You can clarify the rules for a particular country, such as visa requirements and other nuances, with the Intersafetrade staff. The company has its own offices in China, our specialists know the peculiarities of visa regimes (common and operating in different provinces of the PRC), have well-established ties in the embassies of different countries. They will advise on all issues, prepare a list of necessary documents for each case, will arrange any type of visa and make them as soon as possible.
